You do not need to buy anything to enter
Registration is based on completion of the full questionnaire
The draw will be made by the tenth working day of each month for the previous month’s winner
There is £250 of high street vouchers to be won
Only one prize per respondent or visit
The winners will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received from all participating Prezzo PLC restaurants
The winners will be notified by email within 72 hours of the actual draw date
Company employees or immediate family are not eligible to win the prize draw
No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, prize won, hometowns and likenesses for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation
